“Hi Peter and Chris,

A very caring young man came to put my window air conditions in my upstairs bedrooms today. He was respectful and knew exactly how to install.  The job took about 30 minutes and when I asked him what I owed him, he replied didn't my father talk to you?  

The young man's name is Thiago da Silva and he left my condo without payment and saying "God Bless."  Thiago's father is Luciano da Silva.
